All sales are final. By placing your order and submitting payment, you agree that the order is binding and non-refundable. Once your order is placed, your traffic delivery slot is committed and the order cannot be cancelled.
Due to the nature of solo ad traffic delivery, there are no refunds once your order is placed. Our guarantee is delivered through the over-delivery commitment described below.
All orders include a minimum 5% over-delivery, with typical over-delivery ranging from 5-15%. This means we commit to delivering at least the number of clicks you paid for, plus a minimum 5% additional clicks on top of that, on every order without exception. The over-delivery is the guarantee.
We deliver 100% Tier 1 traffic (United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand). We use geo-targeting to filter non-Tier 1 visitors before they reach your link. In the rare case that any non-Tier 1 visitors slip through, we will send additional Tier 1 visitors to your landing page to cover the difference. For example, if your order is for 500 clicks and you receive 535 visitors, 15 of which are from a non-Tier 1 country, we will send an additional 15 Tier 1 visitors to make up for those.
You are responsible for providing your offer URL and any related setup details at the time of order. You may request changes to your offer URL or other technical setup at any time before your campaign goes live. Change requests submitted less than 24 hours before your scheduled campaign start time may not be processed in time, and your campaign will be delivered to the URL on file at the time delivery begins.
Once your campaign has started, you may request to pause delivery for up to 30 days. Campaigns paused longer than 30 days will be terminated and are not eligible for refund or future redelivery.
Unredeemed orders older than 90 days from the date of purchase are not eligible for delivery and may be cancelled without refund.
We use ClickMagick as the benchmark tracking platform for all delivery. Delivery is measured by Unique Clicks, the industry-standard cookie/fingerprint-deduplicated metric used by every major analytics platform. Unique IPs is a secondary informational metric and is not used to evaluate delivery. Third-party tracking data outside ClickMagick will not be considered as valid measurement of delivery.
Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting our support team will result in a permanent ban from all future Epic Solos services. Chargebacks are reserved for fraudulent transactions and are not appropriate for a delivered solo ad order.
Epic Solos delivers traffic. We do not control and are not responsible for the conversion of that traffic on your landing page, the deliverability of your autoresponder, the quality of your follow-up sequence, or any other downstream marketing activity. Opt-in rate and sales results vary based on your offer, copy, landing page, and follow-up sequence.
